Trail-running events thrive on the valued support of volunteers. If you would like to lend a hand at an RQ event, please get in touch!

There are so many ways to get involved including:

​

• Sweeping: Run at the tail of the event to remove course markers and keep an eye on back runners.

• Checkpoint volunteers: Help out at a checkpoint in a number of ways; assisting runners with food and hydration, checkpoint marshall, recording bibs.

• Course marshalls; directing runners and assisting with road crossings.

• Race sign-on and registration.
